• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Fri 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers or 6 people per table.
• Mad Hatter's afternoon tea party menu served with tea and coffee. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; gluten / wheat free options are unavailable.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco or a How Do You Do signature cocktail (Bombay Sapphire, lemon, fresh strawberries, basil leaves, gomme and soda). Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Free parking available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
