• Voucher is valid until Thur 20 Dec 2018, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 16 Nov, 3, 12, 14, 17, 21 Dec 2018.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 applies for Fridays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 1pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic or deluxe room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: premier room £20 or principal room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: 16 metre pool, Jacuzzi, aromatherapy room, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, monsoon shower and fully equipped Techno Gym (Open Mon - Fri 6.30am - 10pm, Sun 6.30am - 9pm, children’s times: 10am – 12noon, 4pm - 7pm)
• Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child inc breakfast; please confirm details and any additional requests with the hotel at time of booking. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
