Small print

• 1 night stay stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Oct 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; supplement will be charged to your credit card at the time booking.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Mon 21 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note, some excluded dates may apply and will be shown on the booking system.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Hotel team are unable to check availability before a voucher is purchased and all bookings must be made on-line.
• Voucher is non-cancellable once booked with hotel. Date changes are permitted up to 7 days ahead of booking for a £25 fee; payable directly to hotel. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe non-ocean view double, queen or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe king or twin ocean view room for a supplementary charge of from £50 per room per night; this option will be available to book on-line and the supplement will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note credit card and voucher number will be taken on booking. Any supplements that are due will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
• Resort credit can be spent across activities, golf, spa, food and drinks and room upgrades. Cannot be used in Hawico Shop or towards room packages. No change will be given for unused credit.
• Please note the pool and gym are currently closed in line with the Scottish Government guidance. A limited range of Covid-safe spa treatments are available, please book directly with the hotel.
• Children not permitted.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please make a note of this in the comments when booking. Supplement will be charged to the credit card used to secure the room.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
