Small print

• Voucher is valid for the time and date shown on your ticket only.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked 24 hours prior to game at the latest (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Games start at 7.30pm, please arrive with plenty of time to be seated; doors open 6.30pm.
• Game duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Standard ticketing and seating included; seating is set and will be confirmed at time of booking - please call to book.
• Upgraded seating available please request when booking your ticket. Supplement of £2.50 per person applies to upgrade to sit on the west stand balcony or east stand; subject to availability; please discuss directly upon booking.
• Single voucher is valid for adults only, aged 16yrs+.
• Child tickets for ages 15 and under can be purchased directly for £9; payable directly to Newcastle Eagles Basketball Club.
• Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times; anyone who leaves the venue during the game will not be allowed re-entry.
• Two ticket options can be used by 2 adults or 2 children, or 1 adult and 1 child.
• Venue has full disabled facilities.
• Vouchers are non-transferable / non-refundable, unless event is cancelled.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
