Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Fri 31 May 2019, 7 days, 9.30am – 5pm (by appointment only); subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 8 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s are classed as children.
• Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children; additional members can be added; please discuss directly with North East Falconry.
• Hawk walk duration approx. 1hr.
• Extended hawk walk (including owl handling) duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 10 people per group.
• Weather appropriate clothing recommended.
• Meeting point: please contact North East Falconry on 07592932533 to discuss your meeting point.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
