• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Options 1 & 2: check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 3: check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a select room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2-11yrs require a supplementary charge of £30 per night inc breakfast and ages 12+ are classed as adults. Travel cots can be hired for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted in selected pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Dogs are permitted in the lounge but are not permitted in the bar or restaurant area.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
