• Overnight stay voucher is valid until Sun 31st Jan 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Party night voucher is valid Fri 18th Dec 2015 only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Thurs 24th - Sat 26th Dec and Thurs 31st Dec 2015
• Overnight stay reservations must be made by Sun 17th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Party night reservations must be made by Fri 4th Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Double or twin rooms; Classic rooms - upgrades to suite available at £20 per night.
• Children are permitted; £10 per child room only - ages 0-14 years. Maximum of 1 child per classic room.
• Pets are permitted; £5 per pet per night. Maximum of 2 pets per room.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon.
• Free onsite parking.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge.
• Weekend availability; £10 supplement for Saturday night stays.
• Discounted tickets available at reception for: Beamish open air museum – Chester le street, Auckland castle – Bishop Auckland, Bowes museum – Barnard Castle.
• Dinner menu available online; £5 supplement for steaks.
• Menu for party night available online.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Advance booking is required.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
