• Voucher is valid from Sun 22 Mar 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 10 Apr 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Thur 23 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• King room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Includes a £20 voucher to be spent on food and drink in the Shark Club. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of bubbly on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Limited parking availability at a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room at a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night. Children’s breakfast menu available from £11.95.  A £25pp supplement is required per extra person over 16 years in the room; payable directly to the hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
