• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 31 Dec 2018, 2, 19, 26, 29, 30 Jan and 9, 16, 23, 27 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin king room or junior corporate suite; rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Includes a bottle of bubbly on arrival.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available at St James Metro Station car park located across the street, local charges apply. £8 average overnight charge.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family suite for a supplement of £25 per room per night; family rooms are limited and subject to availability. Under 16s stay free of charge, over 16s are additional £25 per person per night. Breakfast can be purchased from £11.95pp; please discuss with Sandman Signature Hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
