• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020; subject to availability.
• Halotherapy: Valid Tue - Sat 11am - 4pm. Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Halotherapy: groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note treatments not carried out or assessed by a doctor.  We recommend that you consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns before starting Halotherapy. People not advised to do Halotherapy are those experiencing: infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication. Treatment may be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

• Halotherapy
• Each session lasts 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance. For mild to moderate respiratory conditions 10 to 12 sessions are recommended, depending on individual results. For skin issues it depends on the severity of the skin, please discuss directly with Sereniti.
• Food sensitivity screening
• Once booked directly with Sereniti you will receive a screening pack. You are required to send back a hair sample of 10 strands of hair approximately 1" long which can be taken from your head. The hair must be cut and not pulled from the root. Sample must be sent via post and received by Sereniti by May 1 2020.  Sending address: 5-7 Sutherland House, Friars Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 5XE. The results will be emailed to you within 10 -14 working days of Sereniti receiving your sample. This screening contains general information about health and is not for diagnosis. If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition you should seek immediate medical attention from your G.P.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
