Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 17 Aug 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, Tue – Sat 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays plus 20 - 31 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns regarding halotherapy. Not advised for people with infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication.
• Treatment duration: approx. 45mins per session. Please arrive 15mins in advance.
• For mild to moderate respiratory conditions 10 to 12 sessions are recommended, depending on individual results. For skin issues it depends on the severity of the skin, please discuss directly with Serenity.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
