• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Shepherd’s Hut only; sleeps up to 4 in bunks.
• A security deposit of £50 is required when booking and can be paid directly to Samlesbury Hall with credit card, debit card or cash.
• On-site restaurant is available for breakfast and lunch; view details here. Please note that the restaurant is closed in the evenings.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay and must be pre-booked directly with Samlesbury Hall. Please call prior to purchasing voucher to check if dog can be accommodated.
• Wheelchair access available. 1 adapted hut available sleeping 2. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
