Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 June 2018, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat 10am - 6pm and Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Friday evening 5pm – 8pm and Saturdays; payable directly to spa.
• Excludes Tuesdays, Sundays and 16, 17 Feb, 30, 31 Mar, 2 Apr, 7, 28 May 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours prior to your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please advise upon booking of any medical conditions, allergies or medications. This includes, but is not limited to: cancers or tumours, heart conditions, allergies, epilepsy or seizures, blood disorders, liver or kidney disorders, infections, joint or spine conditions, pregnancy or nursing, recent surgeries. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments inc 5 min consultation time.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; can be substituted for herbal tea or water.
• Facilities include: pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gymnasium and use of the relaxing spa lounge.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Complementary car parking is available in the hotel car park - members are responsible for ensuring their car details are logged with the spa upon arrival.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
