Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Tue & Wed 10am - 6pm, Thur 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability,
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 3 hours.
• Option 2: Treatment lasts 6 weeks if semi-permanent colour is applied and permanent colour would need colour refresh and root touch up approx. every 6-8 weeks. Patch test required at least 48 hours in advance of appointment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
