Long-known to Newcastle foodies as one of the city’s best seafood restaurants, The Big Mussel is a family-run, independently-owned eatery in the Quayside. With today’s deal you and a buddy can tuck into your choice of main course each, or if you want to go all out, add a decadent dessert to boot – delicious!
- Fish pie with a selection of seafood in a creamy white wine sauce, topped with mashed potato and served with seasonal vegetables
- Mediterranean linguine with goat’s cheese, roasted vegetables, tomatoes and pesto
- Scottish mussels served with mayo, homemade chunky chips and a choice of sauce including: classic (garlic, white wine, onion & cream), Thai (chilli, lemongrass, garlic, coriander & coconut milk) or Spanish (chorizo, peppers & cream)
