• Voucher is valid from Mon 31 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 vouchers per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm; check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: townhouse double room available. Option 2: superior king or twin bedroom available.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine and chocolates on arrival.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - £35, junior suite - £80, signature suite - £250; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children not permitted in townhouse rooms. Max of 1 child permitted in a superior room at a supplementary charge of £30 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay and subject to limited availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
