Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan until Fri 30th Mar 2018, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, late-check out 12 noon.
• Small double room available; please note double bed is 4ft wide with restricted access to one side of the bed against the wall.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: standard double £10 and deluxe double £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Car Parking is limited and allocated on first come first served basis; other local car parks are nearby.
• Bottle of Prosecco will be served in the bar but can be requested for the room at time of booking.
• Sorry, no children permitted. 
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
