• Option 1 voucher is valid until Fri 25 May 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 3pm; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Fri 25 May 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 29 Mar – 14 Apr 2018.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Option 1 is suitable for ages 4 and under and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Option 2 is suitable for ages 5+ and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian but do not have to be supervised at all times.
• Please note children ages 12 – 16 years must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to be unaccompanied at the venue.
• Ages 16+ years can sign their own waiver and attend without supervision.
• Waiver can be viewed and downloaded here.
• Max weight: 20 stone.
• Those with medical conditions that may affect their ability to jump on a trampoline/bouncy castle must contact a medical professional in advance to check suitability.
• Comfortable clothing is recommended; trampoline socks will be provided.
• Lockers are available at the venue to use for a supplementary charge of 20p; payable directly to The Family Activity Centre.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
