Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Oct 2017 until Fri 13 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday & Saturday stays in Oct, 21 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018 and 30 Mar 2018 – 2 Apr 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard rooms available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night for B&B only; subject to availability, please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Excludes steak. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.  Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of wine from the wine list; subject to availability; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child aged 2 – 12 yrs permitted; children can be accommodated in total head count if accompanied by an adult, or as an additional occupant on a fold out bed at a cost of £15 per child; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Babies aged 0 – 2 can be accommodated in a cotbed at an additional cost of £10. The hotel has 3 cotbeds and all are subject to availability. Each room can accommodate a max of 1 cotbed or 1 child's bed.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted per room.
• Wheelchair accessible; one accessible room is available for wheelchair access and up to 3 beds; 4th can be added in for £25 per night, payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
