• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 31 Jan 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2018 - 3 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double rooms only.
• Room can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; subject to availability, payable directly to hotel.
• 2 bedroom cottage is available for a supplementary charge; please discuss supplement and availability directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter/main or main/dessert from a set menu; subject to change. 
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted; a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night applies and includes a camp bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. Cots are provided free of charge on request.
• Max of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
