• March - June voucher is valid from Sat 11 Mar, 2017 until Fri 30 Jun, 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 14–17 April, 26–29 May 2017.
• Sept - Nov voucher is valid from Fri 01 Sep, 2017 until Thu 30 Nov, 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 16-18 Sept 2017. 
• Advanced booking required.
• March - June voucher must be booked by Fri 2 June 2017.
• Sept - Nov voucher must be booked by Thur 2 Nov 2017.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Stay can be extended for a supp charge; subject to availability, please discuss direct with Linwater.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Valid for Timber tents. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Bedding is not included, there is a covered mattress but own sleeping bags and other camping kit must be brought.
• Electricity is provided and included in the cost.
• Includes a kettle, heater, small fridge and an outdoor picnic table; all cooking must be done outside as the cabins are made of wood.
• Children are permitted and included in overall head count.
• Dogs are permitted and must sleep on floor and not in beds. Max of 2 dogs per timber tent. supp charge of £2 per dog per night. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
