• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Mon - Fri 2pm - 5pm & Sat 2pm - 5pm (available in Jan & Feb only); subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays in March and all Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only.
• Menu subject to change.
• Excludes sunflower afternoon tea for Saint Cuthbert’s Hospice.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• A glass of Prosecco can be added for a supplementary charge per person of £4.95 or a glass of Champagne for £11; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted; children's afternoon tea is available for £4.95 each; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
