• Option 1 hotel stay must commence on Sat 12 May or Sun 13 May 2018.; subject to availability.
• Option 2 hotel stay must commence on Fri 11 May or Sat 12 May 2018; subject to availability.
• Please note race is on Sun 13 May 2018 only. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Valid for general admission only. General admission areas are large areas of green where you can watch the race in an in informal and relaxed way. No designated seats.
• Tickets can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per person: Grandstand N £115, Grandstand E for £225 (Sunday only) or 3 day Pelouse ticket £35; please discuss with and pay directly.
  
• Race starts at 2pm; subject to change.
• Race day itinerary is a guide only and subject to change. Official timetable will be released in April 2018.
• Flights and airport transfers are not included; airport transfers can be added for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• No transfer from hotel to circuit included: journey time is approx 2 hours from Lloret de Mar area on race day.
• Please note; if departing on the Sunday, members are advised to book a late evening flight to allow time to arrive at the airport.
• Double or twin standard room available; room only.
• Please note the price is per person based on 2 sharing. Single occupancy rooms available at a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• Includes a choice of 4* hotels in Costa Brava area: Xaine Sun, Gran Hotel Don Juan Palace, Ciutat De Palol Apart-hotel and Metropol; subject to change. Alternative hotels may be offered subject to availability.
• Breakfast, half board and all-inclusive packages, as well as hotel upgrades can be added for a supplementary charge, please discuss with World Choice Sports directly.
• Additional nights can be added from £25 per person per night; Please discuss with World Choice Sports directly.
• Recommended clothing: light and comfortable clothing and comfortable clothing to the circuit.
• E tickets will be sent for hotel and tickets upon booking confirmation.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
