• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic country king or twin room available.
• Please note Lady Sarah room has a bath only and Embleton room bathroom is accessible via a private corridor.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the seasons menu; subject to change. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Spa facilities can be used during your stay for a supplementary charge of £35 per person for 2 hours use; payable directly to hotel. 
• Includes 20% off full priced spa treatments during your stay; subject to availability.
• We recommend all spa time or treatment reservations are made at time of booking with Wynyard Hall to avoid disappointment.
• Children permitted; children aged 13 and under can be accommodated with a Z bed for a supplementary charge of £20 per child B&B, meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
