What to expect

Voucher is valid from Sun 11 Jul 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 13-14 Feb 2022.

Vouchers must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Option 1: Classic king room available.

Option 2: Executive king room available.

Twin rooms are available upon request with limited availability; please discuss directly.

Option 2: Includes executive lounge access; details can be found here. Advance booking is required for a 1hr 45min time slot between 5pm-10.30pm; please discuss directly with hotel. Max of 4 people per table; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner can be added on directly with the hotel to include a 3 course dinner from the market menu in Windows Restaurant for a supplementary charge of £22.95 per person. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Parking is available off site at £12.50 for 24 hours; please discuss directly with hotel.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
