I've phoned the hotel to check availability for the date I want but if I purchase the deal and call to book and the date is no longer available what then?

If you're unable to secure a booking of your choice you're welcome to request a full refund of the deal within 14 days of the voucher purchase.

if you book a 2 night stay could you confirm the £40pp allowance is per night

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with dinner, breakfast, late check-out and full use of leisure facilities

2 night stay for two with dinner on both nights, breakfast each morning, late check-out and full use of leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2017 until Fri 30 June 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out until 12noon; please advise of preferred check-out time when booking.

Classic double room available; twin room can be requested, subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes £40 per person dinner allowance; excludes side orders and coffee.
