I'm happy to let you know this voucher is valid for two people, and a maximum of 1 child can stay at The Ranald Hotel and up to 2 children can stay at The Garrison Hotel.

For The Ranald Hotel, children aged up to 2 years are free of charge and cots are provided, and children aged 2 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night; payable directly to the hotel.

For The Garrison Hotel, children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night including breakfast; payable directly to the hotel.

Hi

Can I check, if govt guidelines change and mean I couldn't travel beyond a certain distance or something else which means I couldn't use the voucher (not hotel having to close as I understand 12 things credit for that) would I be able uo get the voucher extended or refunded etc?

  • Total drive time between hotels is approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes

2 night trip: Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Oct 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and from Tue 26 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

4 night trip: Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Oct 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and from Tue 26 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Multiple purchases not permitted.

Excludes 30 Nov 2020 - 25 Apr and 1 May - 25 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Fri - Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

The Garrison: Stay in a small double, standard double, kingsize double. Rooms can be upgrade to a family room and superior room from £10 per room per night; payable directly to the hotel. The Ranald: Stay in a standard, grand or grand plus room. Max of 1 child permitted; up to 2 years are free of charge and cots are provided, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes 2 course dinners at The Ben Nevis Bar and Cuan Mor. Choice of starter and main each from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max 4 vouchers and 8 people per table 4 night stay: dinner is on the first night of each hotel stay. Please note, a breakfast pack will be delivered to your room each day.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
