Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1, 2 and 4: junior suites with king or twin beds with a sofa bed.

Option 3: superior room with king or twin beds.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 - 4 includes a 5 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Restaurant bookings taken between 7pm and 9pm and pre-booking is required. Options 3 and 4 - dinner is on one night only.

Junior Suites can sleep 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years; a supplementary charge of £30 per night is required and includes breakfast with all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

Superior room permits children when included in the overall headcount.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
