We have 2 year old twins... Would it be possible for us to use this voucher for our family or would we be required to buy two vouchers to cover our family?

I can confirm children are permitted and included in the overall headcount, so I'm afraid you can't use one voucher for your family.

Is refund available if booked in advance and rain is predicted over the stay as I wouldn’t want to come if the weather wasn’t good

We offer a refund on unused vouchers within 14 days of purchase, but outside this time frame it would be at the discretion of the hotel to rearrange your stay for another date.

Option 1 voucher is valid until Thur 26 Mar 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.

Option 2 voucher is valid until Thur 26 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 18 Oct - 1 Nov, 24 Dec 2019 - 4 Jan 2020 and 14 - 23 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Double or twin standard non lake view.

Option 2 includes cream tea and 10% discount on any spa treatments.

Includes access to the Lakeview Spa including sauna, steam room, outdoor vitality spa pool in scented garden and 40ft indoor pool.

Free parking available.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
