What to expect

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Oct 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 16 - 17, 24 - 25, 30 - 31 Aug, 18, 25, 28, 30 Sept and 1 Oct 2019.

A supplementary charge of £50prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 and 3: Includes 3 courses from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 3: Includes 25 min spa treatment each choosing from the following: superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage, intensely cleansing salt scrub or best foot forward. Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Treatments can cannot be substituted for other treatments. Treatments are valid for over 18s only.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as under 12 and stay free of charge and pay for meals as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Guide dogs welcome free of charge.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
