Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm this voucher is valid until 31st March 7 days a week, excluding dates between 23rd December 2019 to 2nd January 2020.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two including 2 x 25 min treatments, use of leisure facilities, robe and slipper hire, cream tea and a glass of Prosecco

Choice of treatments:

- File and polish hands
- File and polish feet 
- Superfood pro radiance facial
- Freestyle deep tissue massage 
- Best foot forward 

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days. Treatments available 9am - 6pm, spa access 6.30am - 10pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays - Sundays; payable directly to the spa.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Treatments can not be substituted for other treatments.

Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes 2 treatments each choosing from the following: file & polish hands or feet, superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage or best foot forward. Each treatment takes approx. 25 mins.

Includes access to the leisure facilities for up to 4 hrs, robe and slippers.

Includes a cream tea each. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please discuss with spa at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
