If i buy and dates not available can i refund the itson voucher?

Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with dinner & late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 8, 20, 21 Jan & 10 - 18 Feb 2023.

A supplementary charge of £30prpn is required for Friday stays and £40prpn for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a club room (Sun - Thu only) for a supplementary charge of £10prpn; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes dinner in the Chez Mal restaurant, a choice of starter & main or main & dessert from the Prix Fixe menu; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak frites and £14 for fillet steak; payable directly to restaurant. Or opt for a £25pp spend on the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights; menu is subject to change. 

Max of 1 child permitted; Under 3s stay free of charge, cots are available. Extra beds can be provided for children ages 3 – 14 years at a supplementary charge of £30 per bed and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss family room availability directly with hotel; supplementary charges apply.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
