Can’t get through directly to the hotel to check for availability, central reservations can’t help / understand what itison is, any idea how to check for availability and booking ? The 0141 240 3700 is no use

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe room with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, 2 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Dec 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Sun - Fri in December, 7 days in January; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays in Dec 2019 and 19 - 20, 31 Dec 2019 and 17 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays in January; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.

Deluxe double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe family room £40 or junior suite £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 2 course dinner served in Tempus choosing starter & main or main & dessert; menu is subject to change. Please note that from 16 - 26 Dec 2019 dinner festive menu will be in place of market menu or option to choose from a la carte menu with an allocation of £18.95 per person. On Christmas Day dinner will be served in Champagne Central. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Table may be required back after 1hr 30mins during busy periods.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops £5.95, game terrine £3.50, steak £8.50, prawn & mussel pasta £8.50, cheeses £4.50; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each at Champagne Central. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children aged 11 and under permitted in an upgraded deluxe family room, supplementary cost of £40 required per room; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Please note certain rooms in the hotel are under refurbishment however disruption will be kept to a minimum.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
