They were completely useless when I called today. The number provided by Itison is apparently staffed by a single person dealing with the voucher reservations and she only works Monday to Friday. Nobody else seems to be able to see what the availability for voucher use is, but it is limited.

I know it say maximum of 1 child but the way it reads I can't understand if it's only 1 child under 5 or 1 child per booking/voucher? I have 2 children one under 5 and one actually 5.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 18-20 & 29 Oct - 12 Nov, 24 Dec 2021.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £25 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double/twin room available; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a premium room for £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from the seasonal menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: beetroot salmon gravlax - £9, lamb rump - £19, cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
