What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a premium room with chocolates & a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival, 2 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid for check in on Sun 13 and Mon 14 Feb 2022 only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be made from Wed 5 Jan 2022.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Premium double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a premium king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner (to the value of £17pp) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Tables may be required back after 1.5hrs. Once you have made a booking, you will be contacted by the hotel prior to your stay to make a dinner reservation.

Includes chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Children are permitted on rollaway beds or when upgrading to a double double room. Please discuss supplementary charges and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted free of charge. A dog bed and bowl will be provided for use during the stay.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
