Hi would we be able to use this voucher on a Wednesday and can I book it for 3 people. Can I only see the dates when available when I have purchased

What to expect

60 minute treatment for one or two OR

60 minute treatment for one or two with afternoon tea and glass of Prosecco each

Includes a choice of treatment:
- Natura Bisse Skin Comfort Facial
- Citrus Essence Facial
- Lomi Juma Full Body Massage
- Sweet Dreams Full Body Massage

Options 1 & 3: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, Tue - Fri, treatments available 11am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Options 2 & 4: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, Tue - Fri, treatments available 11am – 5pm, lunch: 12noon - 2pm, afternoon tea: 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays plus 14 Feb, 22 Mar and 9 - 12 Apr 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

Includes a 60 minute treatment from the following: Natura Bisse Skin Comfort Facial, Citrus Essence Facial, Lomi Juma Full Body Massage or Sweet Dreams Full Body Massage; subject to change.

Please note treatments will be carried out in the salon in main Hall building. Spa access is not included within this package, but can be purchased for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to hotel.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.

Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Options 2 & 4 includes afternoon tea each, both options include a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. View afternoon tea menu here; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
