I'm afraid this offer excludes access to the Hydropool and Thermal Suite in One Spa. You are welcome to contact Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa directly to discuss the option of adding this on directly though and they'll be happy to advise on any additional charges.

Thanks for clarifying Rachael, the devil is always in the detail. I initially thought it was an extremely good offer if it included the thermal suite but now not so sure. I hope many people don't get caught out with that one though!!

Hi I’ve bought a voucher for the Sheraton grand Hotel Edinburgh I wanted January 21st but it want let me choose that date. I called the hotel and the have lots of castle view rooms available so why does it show on your site not available.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a cocktail and small plate each, leisure access and breakfast
  • Choice of classic or Castle view room

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 1: Stay in a double or twin classic room.

Option 2: Stay in a Castle view room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a small plate each from the One Square menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Cocktail can be substituted for a non-alcoholic option.

On-site parking is available for a fee of £5 per hour or £15 per day; please discuss directly.

Excludes access to the Hydropool and Thermal Suite in One Spa.

Max of 2 children permitted. 0-11yrs go free. 12+ require an extra bed for a supplement of £50 per night; payable direct. Cots can be provided, please discuss directly. Please note only 1 extra bed or cot can be accommodated per room. 

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
