4 night midweek stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Oct 2020 until Mon 26 Apr 2021, Monday check-in only; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun arrivals. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for stays in April; payable directly to White Swan Cottage.

7 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 10 Oct 2020 until Sat 24 Apr 2021, Saturday check-in only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun = Fri arrivals. A supplementary charge of £40 is required for stays in April; payable directly to White Swan Cottage.

Excludes 23 Oct - 1 Nov, 18 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021 and 12 Feb - 21 Feb 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Cottage consist of three double rooms.

Children permitted and included in overall headcount.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
