What happens if we can’t go due to Covid 19 if travel restrictions are in place and hotel is closed

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine, chocolates and breakfast

Voucher is valid until Sun 20 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Non-refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double room available.

Includes chocolates and a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise wine choice at time of booking or upon arrival at hotel.

Parking available at NCP car park on Castle Terrace for 24 hours for £15; please specify when booking and discuss directly with hotel. 

Children and pets are not permitted.

Accessible rooms available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
