You can choose your preferred city on your account, and you’ll then start getting our emails with details on all our relevant deals. You'll be able to purchase vouchers for a variety of offers ranging from overnight stays to dinners and even events. All the booking information will be sent to you directly on the voucher.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a classic room with cream tea on arrival, dinner and breakfast OR

Overnight stay for two in a romantic room / suite with cream tea on arrival, dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two in a romantic room / suite with cream tea on arrival, dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Oct 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note there is limited availability on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1: Classic double room available.

Options 2 & 3: Upgraded Romantic double room / Suite available.

Members can choose a specific room, for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Includes cream tea each on arrival and a choice of specialist tea each.

Includes 4 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Option 3: dinner is on the first night only.

A supplementary charge may be required for food options offered; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free / halal options are available. 48 hours notice required please advise hotel when booking

Free parking available on-site.

Includes access to the leisure facilities at The Health Club at Low Wood Bay, including the indoor pool, infrared sauna, steam room, outdoor infinity pool and hot tubs.  Health Club located off-site, roughly 6 minute drive away and operates an adults only policy. Spa treatments available at an additional cost.

Options 2 & 3: Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3-11 and are charged £30 per night on a B&B basis. Children under 3 stay free. Please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 each per night; payable directly to hotel. This is reduced by £5 per night if you bring your pet's own food.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
