hi there I am interested in stayling at the County Hotel in Newcastle but in one part of your offer it says Sunday to Friday and in the other it list Saturdays that are excluded.I would like to stay Saturday 13th April and this is not on the excluded Saturday list.Would I be able to buy the voucher and stay Saturday 13th April,

I'm afraid this voucher excludes all Saturdays as well as 21 Apr, 5, 10, 26 & 31 May and 6 Jun 2019.

Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however, please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people. You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival, full English breakfast and late check-out

2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival, afternoon tea, full English breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, 21 Apr, 5, 10, 26 & 31 May and 6 Jun 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late-check out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe double for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please arrange and pay hotel directly.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes afternoon tea on arrival; vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Car parking is limited and allocated on first come first served basis; other local car parks are nearby.

No children permitted. 

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
