I have emailed Dusk Aberdeen twice regarding the address my cocktails were delivered to. Over a week later I am still awaiting a response. Despite having provided the correct address for my delivery (email confirmation evidences this) a different address was provided to the courier service resulting in my cocktails not arriving at my home. I would appreciate a response as Dusk appear to be able to fulfil orders and are actively making sales, yet seem to be hesitant to address mistakes on their behalf. I am wondering how else to get across to this company that I have not received my order and nothing has been done about it?
