In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

Items can be exchanged at any Dower and Hall stores (not refunded) and cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists.
