Can you confirm please the validity of the voucher, it says in the small print that the voucher is valid from 1 Jul - 30 Sept but also says that it’s only valid for 7 days??? Does that mean that it must be used within seven days of purchase as this is giving it a very small window of opportunity to use after purchase, I find the terms confusing.

I'm happy to let you know vouchers are valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, and can be used 7 days a week, 10:30am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Is Floors Castle dog friendly, if yes, are they allowed into the area they serve the afternoon tea?

I'm happy to let you know dogs on leads are very welcome throughout the grounds and gardens (no dogs inside the castle please).
There are tie up / water points, treats and alfresco dining at the Terrace and Courtyard Cafes so they needn’t be shut in the car.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I'm afraid we don't have a copy of the afternoon tea menu, but you'll tuck into delicate sandwiches, freshly prepared mini scones, cakes and petit fours, all made by the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe’s chef.
