A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

1 night stay: Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.

2 or 3 night stay: Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 city view, £20 superior room, £50 family room, £60 duplex suite; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

3 course dinner can be added for a supplementary charge of £35 per couple; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted; requires upgrade to a family room for £50 per night, breakfast included. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

No pets permitted except guide dogs.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
