If I buy a voucher & the place is closed because of a COVID lockdown is the voucher expiry date extended & if so how many times can it be extended until it will it then be refunded ?

Hi I’ve tried to book 2 adult tickets for Go Ape but it says the app needs updating ive deleted the app & reinstalled it but still didn’t work, are there problems ?

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.

I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. However, we do sometimes find the problem isn't actually down to your bank and it's instead a compatibility issue with your current browser or device.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan, 15-19 Feb and 1-18 Apr 2021.

Sessions run every half hour:
- Dec: Sat - Sun 9.30am - 12.30pm.
- Feb - Mar: Thur - Sun 9am - 2pm.
- Apr: Mon - Sun 9am - 4pm.
- May: Mon - Sun 9am - 4pm.

Additional sessions will be added subject to demand.  A full list of dates and times available can be found here.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Suitable for ages 10yrs+. Under 16yrs must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18yrs+.

Max of 2 children supervised per 1 adult.

Option 1: Voucher is valid for a child aged 10 - 15yrs.

Option 2: Voucher is valid for an adult aged 16yrs+.

Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.

Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).

Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.

Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.

Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.
