If I buy a voucher & the place is closed because of a COVID lockdown is the voucher expiry date extended & if so how many times can it be extended until it will it then be refunded ?

Hi I’ve tried to book 2 adult tickets for Go Ape but it says the app needs updating ive deleted the app & reinstalled it but still didn’t work, are there problems ?
