I walked past this venue today, and it looked shut down? There was no sign up and it looked empty?

The team at Grand Sultan have confirmed they're currently replacing the exterior sign, but are certainly open for bookings.

I was wanting to leave more of a review as I bought and used the voucher.
Credit where credit is due - the food was delicious, so bear this in mind.
However, the times stated on here are incorrect as they do not open until 5pm on a Saturday too. Next, the offer clearly states that there is a side each included in the deal but the restaurant were trying to say it is a side to share. Furthermore, chutney is advertised as 60p on the menu. I asked for "a" chutney and 3 popadoms (Also 60p each). There was no mention that they bring out a tray of chutney that you get charge for all of them. Why offer it at 60p each?!
When they did agree to the side being in the deal they then added up the wrong amount again. 3 or 4 members of staff faffing about . I was expecting to pay for drinks and the popadoms/chutney as extra but was an inconvenience in general that they had no idea what the deal actually states. The restaurant did not go through the menu with us at any point to remind us what was included and what wasn't. Perhaps this could have allevited some issues afterwards.
A lovely meal and they were attentive during but what a sad way to finish the meal. I don't think I'll visit again soon because of the treatment of us at the end. I would have gladly returned had all of this not occurred.

Actually, I'd like to add more. After saying the food was delicious - I spent all of the early hours of the morning in excruciating pain - throwing up and diarrhoea. Clearly, I have food poisoning. I would recommend not going to this restaurant at all.
