I can confirm voucher option 3 is £99 instead of £248 for a 2 night stay for two with breakfast each morning and late check-out at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

Max of 1 child is permitted in an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 or 2 children permitted in a junior suite for a supplementary charge of £40; please discuss and pay directly to the hotel.

I am looking to book a 2 night stay with the option 3 voucher. Unfortunately they have no availability for one of the nights (Saturday) that I want to book however I am willing to pay to upgrade if there is availability on my chosen date of a more superior room. I am struggling to get through to someone who can assist me with this query/availability in the hotel. How do I book upgrade?

I can confirm rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £20, junior suite - £40 which is payable directly to the hotel. This also needs to be booked with the hotel directly.
