Hi I have bought this voucher as it says it’s valid in from may 2021 however after purchasing it says it is not usable until 2022, any assistance would be much appreciated. thank you

I'm afraid this is an older deal that has ended, and our current deal is valid to use from January 2022 to March 2022. You can view this by heading to https://www.itison.com/Aberdeen/deals/hotel-indigo-york-stay.

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Thur 15 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sat in June and Jut.

2 night stay: A supplementary charge of £30prpn is required for Saturday stays in May; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior or premium superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
