Hi, you kindly helped me answer a Q about a refund before, I checked the website and it had the date I needed, so bought the voucher and now using the itison voucher link every Friday in April is greyed out, I have emailed them to ask if this is the case or if can book, they haven’t come back to me yet, just wanted to reconfirm I would need to ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase? Am I correct in thinking you call hotel for availability first to check they have the date you want then if you do then buy a voucher. ? I’ve rang the hotel and they say we are to call itison for their availability? This is incorrect surely?

I bought this but then cancelled it as there was no availability. Just wondering if they have extended the dates as it is still on the site as I would really like to still get it.
